With over 30 years experience, Shirley Copeland is hosting healthy cooking courses for people looking to sharpen their kitchen skills, and break old habbits.  Wellness coaching is also available for those interested in step-by-step guidance to create support structures for improved long-term health..  The classes are designed to teach you how to heal your body through food, educate yourself about the importance of the Glycemic Index, and be well by eating well. 

Vegan Catering

 

If you are currently hosting a wellness retreat or yoga seminar, Shirley is also catering events as large as 120 people.  Catering is vegan, and focused on Macrobiotic methods with the Glycemic Index in mind.  Keeping with the theme, ''Eat Well, Feel Well, Be Well'', all dishes will be sure to keep your immune system up, and your weight down.  Call or email to create a custom catering package for your next event!

Health and Wellness Coaching

 

In the Health and Wellness introductory workshop, you'll spend several weeks with Shirley creating a support structure for improved health on an individual basis.  Changing habbits and creating new lifestyle patterns are the primary objectives of Wellness Coaching. Groups focus on weight loss, type 2 diabetes, eating disorders, menopause, and many other topics.  

Cooking for Health and Wellness 

 

In these courses, participants learn cooking strategies for long term health benefits.  With a strong focus on the Glycemic Index, the courses are geared to deal with weight management, sugar cravings, inflamation, sleeping difficulties, and anxiety.
